Fall brings the brilliant colors of autumn leaves, craft fairs, and football games. Winters are warm and cozy and the homes are beautifully decorated for Christmas. Spring is the perfect time for picnics as the trees and flowers come into bloom.

The homes are located less than 1/2 mile from the entrance to the Horseshoe Bend State Park with swim beach, picnic pavilions, boat launches, playground areas and a full service Marina.
Our homes are non-smoking and located in the most convenient lake location to restaurants and shopping in Rogers and surrounding areas. The legendary Monte Ne Chicken Inn is 4 miles away for a delicious family style dinner. It is just 15 minutes to the Pinnacle Hills Promenade Shopping Mall and John Q. Hammons convention center.
