The main floor has a comfortable sitting area with Smart TV/DVD, beautiful hardwood floors, and plenty of windows to view the water and landscape. Sliding doors lead to a balcony to enjoy the views or use the gas grill. One bath and two queen sized bedrooms with TVs are also located on the main level along with the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king bed, Smart TV, bath, and balcony. Also, a kids bunkroom with 3 twin beds which we call the Hobbit room!
Downstairs offers a family room with pool table, Smart TV/DVD player, and games. Step out of the sliding glass doors and enjoy the patio area.
